Returns & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us regarding a return request.

Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product is faulty, significantly different from the description, unsafe, or does not perform as expected. Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We may request photos or videos of the product to assess the issue before approving a refund or replacement.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or defective.

These include:

  • cosmetic products and gels (including builder gels, gel polish, acrygel, liquids, and similar products)

  • opened or used beauty products

  • tools that have been used

  • custom or personalised items

  • sale items

  • gift cards

If a cosmetic product or gel has been opened or used, it cannot be returned unless the product is faulty.

Tools and equipment may only be returned if they are unused, in original packaging, or faulty.

Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item before purchasing.


Online Courses (Digital Products)

All online courses, digital products, and downloadable educational materials are non-refundable.

Once access has been granted to the course or digital content, the purchase is considered final and non-transferable.


Offline / In-Person Courses

Bookings for in-person training courses may be cancelled for a refund up to 7 days before the course date.

If cancellation occurs:

  • More than 7 days before the course – a refund may be issued.

  • Less than 7 days before the course – the booking is non-refundable.

At our discretion, we may offer a transfer to another course date or store credit instead of a refund.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item. If your original item qualifies for return, we will process it according to this policy once it has been received and inspected.


European Union 30 Day Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without justification.

Your item must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

This does not apply to opened cosmetic products, hygiene items, or digital products, unless required by applicable law.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Professional Use Disclaimer

Many of our products are intended for professional use by trained nail technicians. Results may vary depending on skill level, tools used, and application technique. We are not responsible for product performance issues caused by incorrect application, improper storage, or lack of professional training.


Product Application Responsibility

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds based on dissatisfaction with product performance when products have been used incorrectly, cured improperly, or applied outside recommended professional guidelines.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they understand proper application techniques before purchasing and using professional nail products.
