Local Pickup
Local pickup orders are typically processed within 24 hours.
Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification email confirming that your order is ready for pickup, along with pickup instructions.

Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days within the Australia Post Express network.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries via Australia Post International services.

Estimated delivery time: 6–27 business days depending on the destination country.

Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days depending on the destination country.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and products so we can assist you.
If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can open an investigation with Australia Post.
Digital Products (Online Courses)
Digital products and online courses are delivered electronically.
Access to digital content is typically provided within 24 hours after purchase.
